Healthcare Professionals accepted) Nurse Practitioner-Interventional Radiology NP - Join the leading radiology provider and imaging expert in the northern suburbs of Boston, MA. Our doctors practice the full scope of diagnostic and interventional radiology with an emphasis on patient care, community outreach, and quality. Our physicians have specialty expertise allowing for the most current state of the art imaging-based services in the communities where we work and live. We practice a multi-disciplinary approach, working collaboratively with primary care doctors, surgeons and referring specialist providers to enhance comprehensive care and achieve the best outcomes for our patients. The Nurse Practitioner performs history and physical examinations, formulation of care plans, ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic tests and provides education to patients and their families. Coordinates the care of patients in order to provide safe, effective, efficient and timely patient centered care. Care plans and execution of those plans should encompass the entire service to tie the service together. Consults with physicians or surgeons regarding the care of patients for more complex diagnosis. Document clinical encounters clearly, precisely and in a timely manner. Works in a collaborative relationship with other health professional to determine health needs of patients and families. The ideal candidate will have direct Interventional Radiology knowledge from either a hospital or an outpatient practice setting. Candidate should have successfully completed an accredited PA program or master's degree NP program and hold an active MA license. 4 day work week.
