Job Description

Join a progressive, collaborative, and multidisciplinary practice committed to whole-person care. We integrate psychiatry, primary care, behavioral health, acupuncture, chiropractic, and nutrition across two well-established offices in Amherst and Northampton, MA. We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient psychiatric care for adults and adolescents.
Position Highlights:
Flexible Schedule:
Full-time is 29 clinical hours/week
Work Hours:
One day per week until 6 PM; all other days end earlier No call and no weekends—ever
Hybrid Model:
Ideal candidate would work one day/week in each office, with the remainder remote
Appointment Lengths:
45-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups Collaborative team of primary care providers, behavioral health clinicians, acupuncturists, chiropractors, and nutritionists Robust administrative support - staff assist with prior authorizations and forms Integrated care model with psychiatric, PCP, and wellness support
Compensation & Benefits:
$130,000 - $165,000 base salary plus a productivity-based true-up bonus structure tied to clinical performance.
