Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Location:
Pittsfield, Massachusetts Compensation:
$100,000 $160,000 annually A mission-driven, community-focused healthcare organization in the heart of the Berkshires is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join its outpatient primary care team in Pittsfield, MA. Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$104,000 $120,000 (based on experience)
On-Call Stipend:
One weekend every 8 weeks
Student Loan Repayment:
Up to $50,000
Tuition Reimbursement:
Up to $75,000 per year
Paid Time Off:
4 weeks PTO (accrued quarterly in year one; increases in year two) 8 paid holidays 96 hours of personal/sick time

Continuing Education:
40 hours Relocation Assistance Available Full support staff and collaborative clinical environment Schedule & Responsibilities Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM 100% outpatient primary care, serving patients of all ages.
Key duties include:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education Participate in on-call rotation (1 weekend every 8 weeks; call is minimal) Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality outcomes Qualifications Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (FNP required) Two years of experience preferred , but highly qualified candidates with strong primary care skills will be considered Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment About the Organization This healthcare organization is deeply committed to delivering comprehensive primary care to diverse and underserved communities.
