Healthcare Professionals accepted) Psychiatric/Mental Health-NP - Outpatient Addiction Medicine facility is seeking Nurse Practitioners to join their growing Practice in Brockton, MA They are seeking Providers who are interested in Addiction Medicine (Suboxone and ancillary modalities) to help us expand our service offerings across the South Shore. This is an excellent opportunity to join a mission driven organization and receive supervision and training from accomplished physicians. NP will prescribe Suboxone to addiction medicine patients in addition to providing pain management treatment. Assess health status by obtaining relevant health and medical history. Perform physical exams. Identify significant health and medical risk factors. Order, interpret and evaluate laboratory test and other diagnostic studies to assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs. Develop diagnosis by analyzing and synthesizing collected data. Develop a treatment plan along with the patient and significant others. Prescribe and monitor medications. Develop patient education plans. Work with healthcare team members regularly to ensure quality patient care. Part Time Flexible schedule includes 16 - 32 hours per week, structured to fit practitioner's needs •Opportunities also available in Brookline, Quincy, Lynn and Framingham, MA •Must have DEA, CSR and Buprenorphine Waiver (or be willing to obtain)
