Job Description

Blueprint Healthcare is a New England Medical Group! Our group is seeking a talented Nurse Practitioner. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will utilize your expertise in family medicine, pain management, clinical assessments, patient safety, and nursing, to provide high-quality care to our patients. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in using electronic medical records to document patient care and treatment plans. Your ability to diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, prescribe medications and treatments, and order and interpret diagnostic tests will be critical in providing comprehensive care to our patients. If you strive to deliver the best patient care to those in your community and take pleasure in making a difference in the lives of your patients and their families, we are looking for you! Enjoy a flexible schedule while visiting skilled nursing home facilities and work as part of a team in a collaborative care model. Primary Care/Family Medicine/Geriatric Medicine/Nurse Home experience is a plus. Competitive compensation includes flexible scheduling for better work and life balance. Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, and chronic illnesses Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
Qualifications:
