Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA)/Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation practice. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff to provide high-quality care for patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, spine, and pain-related conditions. This position involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, assisting with procedures, and supporting continuity of care in both office and procedural settings. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, histories, and physical examinations Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal, orthopedic, spine, and rehabilitation-related conditions Develop and implement treatment plans under physician supervision Order and interpret diagnostic studies including X-rays, MRI, CT scans, and laboratory tests Provide follow-up care and monitor patient progress Educate patients on treatment options, medications, rehabilitation plans, and preventive care Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals Complete accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) Respond to patient calls, prescription requests, and clinical questions Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all clinical protocols and standards Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program/Nurse Practitioner Program Current Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner license in the state of MA DEA license preferred or ability to obtain Previous experience in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Sports Medicine, or related specialty preferred Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment EMR experience preferred

$120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
