Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner specializing in Psychiatric-Mental Health (PMHNP) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide expert mental health assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality psychiatric care across diverse patient populations in an Outpatient Opioid Treatment Program/Medication Assisted Treatment setting. Compensation negotiable. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including mental status exams and risk assessments, utilizing your deep understanding of physiology and behavioral health. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate medication management, psychotherapy, and other therapeutic modalities aligned with best practices and clinical guidelines. Administer medications such as psychotropics, botulinum toxin treatments for specific conditions, and other injectable therapies following established protocols. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care effectively across inpatient, outpatient, telehealth, and community-based settings. Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment strategies based on clinical research findings and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-10 coding standards. Familiarity with Methasoft preferred.
Education / Licensure
Must have a current and valid license on the Maryland Board of Nursing. Post-graduated Degree (M.S/M.A./Phd)

$4,500.00 per month
