Our advanced primary cares are designed to serve as a medical hub (with behavioral and dietary health services) for individuals to live healthy. Duties & Responsibilities Performs comprehensive medical exams for patients requiring health evaluation. Performs minor surgical procedures as needed (e.g. suturing) Orders and reviews labs and other ancillary diagnostics tests, integrates into management plan. Collaborates and communicates effectively with other members of healthcare team. Educating and guiding patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle habits Managing overall patient care regarding lifestyle and development issues Prescribing medications Maintains knowledge base by reading professional literature and attending staff development and continuing education programs annually. Minimum Requirements Minimum 1 to 2 years in PC/UC , Family Practice, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine Maintain a valid license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Maryland.
