Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

We are a growing multispecialty medical practice dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Our team is expanding, and we're seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our collaborative group of healthcare professionals.

Position Overview:

As a Wound Care NP, you will independently assess, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic wounds in a variety of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will have prior wound care experience and be comfortable working autonomously in a fee-for-service environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide advanced wound care including debridement, dressing selection, and infection management Collaborate with physicians and other providers to ensure coordinated, quality care Document all encounters in the EMR accurately and timely Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and prevention strategies

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (

State:

MD) Board Certified (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent) Minimum of [2+] years of wound care experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable with flexible scheduling
