Job Description
Nurse Practitioner " Endocrinology Full-time employed position Outpatient care for adult patients (18+) Manage endocrine and diabetes conditions Provide diabetes education and treatment planning Perform assessments, testing, and medication management Experience with insulin pumps, CGMs, and intensive insulin regimens Participate in shared medical appointments (SMAs) Collaborate with physicians and care teams Utilize electronic health record system Competitive compensation package Sign-on bonus available Comprehensive benefits including CME, retirement, and PTO MSN required; NP licensure; BLS certification; endocrinology or primary care experience preferred Located near attractions including Rangeley Lakes region, Sugarloaf Mountain, and Acadia National Park Approximately 35 miles (~40 minutes) to Portland and 140 miles (~2.5 hours) to Boston
