Job Description

Redington Fairview General Hospital (RFGH) is searching for (1) full-time (30 hr week) Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to provide direct patient care to cardiac patients in the ambulatory setting.
Practice Profile:
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate) to join our Cardiology team.
Position Details Schedule:
Monday-Wednesday Hours:
30 hours/week (3 x 10-hour shifts) Joining 2 in house NP's as well as telehealth Physicians through
Maine Health Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and manage cardiology patients in outpatient setting Experience in performing cardiac stress testing, including treadmill and pharmacologic stress tests. Perform comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams Interpret diagnostic testing and assist with cardiovascular management plans Provide patient education and support for chronic cardiac conditions Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the
EMR Qualifications:
Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA) license Board Certified NP or PA Cardiology experience required with a minimum of 2 years' experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively What We Offer Consistent 3-day workweek Collaborative cardiology team environment Competitive compensation Opportunity to provide high-quality cardiovascular care in a patient-centered practice
