Job Description

  • Primary Care opening in Ann Arbor, MI
  • Detroit 43m We are seeking a quality-driven Physician to join our Post-acute Care team in the Ann Arbor and Saline, Michigan, area. This is a full-time opportunity (5 days/week) rounding in skilled nursing facilities, with excellent support and training, autonomy, and earning potential.
  • Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs
  • Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach
  • Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies
  • Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations
  • Highlights
  • Compensation is fee for service (FFS) with an estimated compensation range of $209,000 to $247,000 annually and no cap on productivity bonus income potential.

  • Current license (State of Michigan) and DEA
