Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide primary care services in Detroit. This short-term contract role focuses on adult and geriatric populations, emphasizing preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and geriatric patients Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning Manage acute and chronic conditions, including pain management Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness Educate patients on disease prevention and health promotion Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate documentation and utilize medical software systems RN01
Requirements:
