Job Description

Our current Nurse Practitioner describes this as the only job she has truly loved. This is a PRN role for a Nurse Practitioner who values autonomy, takes pride in running a clinic well, and wants their work to be meaningful. Precision over volume. Depth over churn. Ownership over hand-holding. You will step in when our full-time Nurse Practitioner is unavailable, ensuring patients continue to receive exceptional care without disruption. As Haven grows and opens additional clinics, PRN clinicians will be among the first considered for future full-time opportunities. About this role We're hiring a PRN Nurse Practitioner (NP) for our Flint, MI location. This role is designed for occasional, planned coverage rather than ongoing weekly hours.
What to expect:
Approximately 5-10 clinic days per year Coverage is typically communicated at least 2 months in advance Standard clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Opportunity to pick up additional shifts as Haven expands This is an excellent fit for a Nurse Practitioner who: Wants to stay clinically active without committing to a regular schedule Enjoys infusion medicine and autonomous practice Is looking for a pathway toward future full-time opportunities with a growing organization You will serve as the lead on-site clinician during your coverage days, practicing independently within protocol with access to collaborating physicians and a strong support team. Compensation Competitive PRN daily rate Malpractice (Professional Liability) Insurance coverage while working Infusion-specific training First consideration for future full-time Haven NP openings as we expand While this position is not benefit-eligible due to its limited schedule, PRN clinicians become part of the Haven team and are prioritized for future growth opportunities.
