Hormone Health Provider (NP/PA) Urban You Medical Aesthetics And Wellness - 2.3 Grand Rapids, MI Job Details Part-time | PRN $50,000 - $120,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Continuing education credits Paid sick time Qualifications Certified Nurse Practitioner Patient assessment HIPAA Clinical documentation DEA License Advanced practice provider Full Job Description About the Role We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to support the launch, ramp-up, and growth of a hormone replacement therapy (HRT) program. This is a clinical, part-time, role for a provider who enjoys helping build and grow programs in a thoughtful, patient-centered, and compliant way. In addition to providing clinical care, this role will collaborate with internal teams to support program awareness and growth, particularly during the early launch phase. Qualifications Active Michigan PA or NP license required Active Michigan DEA license required Experience or strong interest in: Hormone Health Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) Functional, Integrative, Anti-Aging, or Lifestyle Medicine Comfortable participating in program education and growth initiatives Ability to provide care via telehealth in Michigan Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills Patient-first mindset with a commitment to high-quality care Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards Responsibilities Provide clinical care during HRT program ramp-up Conduct patient assessments via telehealth Develop and manage individualized hormone treatment plans Prescribe and monitor medications and/or nutraceuticals Educate patients on hormone health and treatment expectations Collaborate with clinical, operations, and marketing teams to: Support program launch and growth Contribute to patient education initiatives Provide clinical insight for educational content or materials (non-sales) Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record Stay current with best practices in hormone and lifestyle medicine Schedule & Time Commitment
