Kalamazoo, MI Duration:
Contract (initial 2-3-year engagement, with potential for conversion)

What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and standardize occupational health programs across US sitesInjury prevention programsAcute episodic care (minor illness/injury treatment)Employee wellness initiativesSurveillance and biometric programsRespiratory programsPartner with EHS and HR to ensure compliance with health and wellness policiesDevelop training programs for occupational health teamsManage injury/illness case management, workers' comp, and disability processesImplement occupational hygiene and medical surveillance programsSupport biosafety and industrial hygiene initiativesEnsure consistent clinical care, screenings, and treatment protocolsMaintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policiesOversee drug and alcohol testing programsCoordinate emergency response training (CPR, First Aid, etc.)Manage and maintain electronic medical records and data systemsOversee 7 Occupational Health clinic locations (varying sizes) Manage a team of: 7 Occupational Health Nurses1 Athletic Trainer What You Need to Bring to the

Master's degree in Advanced Practice Registered Nursing (APRN)APRN Board Certification - requiredWilling to obtain multi-state licensure as needed10+ years' experience in:

Occupational HealthEmergency Room (ER) or Urgent CareExperience in:

ErgonomicsAcute/episodic careAdult wellness & counselingProven leadership experience (team oversight required)Must be highly tech-savvyMust be willing to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
