$115K $150K+ (uncapped productivity model)

None She Recruits is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for wound care to join a thriving post-acute practice in the Lansing, MI area. Leadership pathways and CME opportunities available. What You ll Do Develop individualized care plans for residents with complex wounds. Collaborate with nursing staff and primary care teams to ensure seamless patient care. Provide direct wound care management, including dressing changes, prevention, and complication recognition. Educate and mentor facility staff on wound care best practices. What We re Looking For NP or PA with active Michigan license. Background in wound, ostomy, foot, or continence care. Certified wound care clinician preferred, but strong experience considered. DEA license preferred (not required). Strong communication and team collaboration skills. Compensation & Benefits Expected range: $115,000 $150,000 annually (productivity-based, no income cap).
