In this role, you will partner with our PM&R physician in the sub-acute rehab setting. On-Site Pain Management :

Responsibilities :

Partner with the facility's therapy department to provide the best possible rehab care. Communication and collaboration with the patient's primary care team to ensure the best outcomes. Timely charting/documentation is required but can be done from home.
