Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Metro Detroit We are a growing, multi-location medical practice specializing exclusively in personal-injury care throughout Metro Detroit. Due to continued expansion, we are hiring a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. This role will provide coverage across our offices in: Dearborn Warren Southfield This role is full-time but part-time could potentially be an option depending on the right candidate. About Our Patient Population We treat patients injured in motor vehicle accidents and related trauma. This position involves a mix of: Comprehensive evaluations Follow-up care Treatment plan development Diagnostic review Documentation for legal and insurance purposes Collaborative rehabilitation management All care is personal-injury based — no primary care, no insurance-driven rushed medicine, and no hospital call. Responsibilities Conduct detailed initial evaluations Perform focused musculoskeletal and neurological exams Develop and manage treatment plans Order and review imaging Document clearly and defensibly Collaborate with supervising physician and clinical team Manage follow-up visits and re-evaluations Prescribe non-narcotic medications as clinically appropriate for musculoskeletal injury management Monitor patient response to conservative medication treatment plans Qualifications Active Michigan PA or NP license Strong documentation skills Comfortable in a structured, fast-paced setting Ideal Candidate Efficient but thorough Strong communicator Comfortable managing 20 patients per day Interested in long-term opportunity within a growing organization Comfortable with conservative, non-narcotic medication management Benefits Competitive hourly compensation Training in personal injury case management Professional, team-based work environment
