Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for a provider who values meaningful patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and a more intentional pace of care with longer appointment times that allow for deeper, more comprehensive treatment. You will be part of a collaborative provider team that supports one another in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Qualifications Active Family Nurse Practitioner license (Minnesota) Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required Preferred experience in Emergency Room or Urgent Care settings Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills Ability to manage a broad scope of primary and acute care conditions Interest in expanding into specialty services Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care services Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions Perform procedures within scope of practice Build long-term patient relationships through extended visit times Collaborate closely with a team of providers and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, personalized care Expand scope of practice to include hormone optimization and weight management, with training and clinical support What We Offer Competitive compensation Specialty training opportunities, including: Hormone optimization and Weight management / metabolic health Longer appointment times to support quality care and provider satisfaction Collaborative, team-oriented provider environment Opportunity to grow within an innovative, patient-centered care model Why Well & Company?
