Key Position Details:

Our Primary Care providers partner with our Mental Health service line and the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing to provide whole person care in the clinic setting. The Annandale clinic is searching for an Advanced Practice Provider to join its team. Here you will be part of a 10 member team including the service line specialties of mental health services, medical imaging, and anticoagulation therapy, yet able to access the full spectrum of specialty care across the Allina Health system. 36 patient contact hours per week

Job Description:

Principle Responsibilities Works collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being. Pay Range Pay Range:

$129,400 to $145,000 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
