Clinic is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join their Primary Care team in west-central Minnesota, just southeast of Fargo, ND.

This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative outpatient setting Ideal candidate is committed to improving health outcomes, fostering long-term relationships with patients, and working alongside a multidisciplinary team Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations Manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Prescribe medications and order appropriate diagnostic tests Provide preventive care, health education, and lifestyle counseling Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure continuity of care Document patient encounters accurately and timely using

Qualifications:

Must be able to see pediatric patient populations Previous work experience as an APP in primary care required Active certification and licensure as an NP or

PA-C DEA

registration and prescriptive authority in Minnesota upon start Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Benefits/Compensation:
