4 FTE An NP/PA utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills. They work independently and in collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals. Advanced Practice Clinicians provide health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention. They may care for patients ranging in age as noted in age-related category and area of expertise. Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, co-workers, and others. We are seeking a candidate with at least one year of orthopedic experience as an APP.

Practice Specifics:

Advanced Practitioners will comprise the core staff, with MD oversight from orthopedics. Free standing location away from the main campus. 3 exam rooms, a cast room in addition to state-of-the-art Radiology Suite. VERY independent practice model with support from onsite radiology tech and athletic trainer No follow-up care

• Initial workup and medical care only, all follow up care done by referral 0.4 FTE Staffing model is: Monday
