We are excited to welcome a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to our growing team, with part-time opportunities available and the ability to shift to grow to full-time.

Duties:

Providing continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans. Establishing a customized health plan tailored toward each customer based on symptoms and lab markers Evaluating patients for low testosterone, weight concerns, erectile dysfunction, or deficient lab markers Formulating treatment plans with Peptides, vitamin supplements (for deficiencies), testosterone replacement (for low T), Gainswave, P-Shot or prescribing medications (for ED) Conducting consultations for new patients and interpreting lab results Educating patients on various treatment options listed above Administering intramuscular injections and PRP injections Working together with a Medical Assistant(s) and a Receptionist Maintaining clinic census goals Complying with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements

Qualifications:

Two years of NP or PA experience Experience in a related field, such as urology, endocrinology, or general practice is preferred but not required No current or pending malpractice lawsuits, active state license in good standing, active DEA Certificate, active Controlled Substance Registration.
