Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Job in Fergus Falls Gr8Jobs

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic dermatology team in beautiful Fergus Falls, Minnesota. In this full-time role, you'll provide high-quality care to patients with a variety of skin conditions, working closely with dermatologists and a supportive healthcare team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Position Highlights Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-5:00 pm Option for a 4-4.5 day work week (36 patient contact hours/week for 1.0 FTE)

Setting:

Outpatient clinic - No nights, weekends, or holidays Procedures include: Biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, fine needle aspirations, and other common dermatologic treatments

EMR:

EPIC Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive dermatologic assessments, including history, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations Diagnose and manage conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, infections, and skin cancers Perform in-office dermatologic procedures Develop individualized treatment plans, including prescription management and biologics Provide patient education and preventive care guidance Collaborate with dermatologists and other team members to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program Current or eligible Minnesota NP license Certification in dermatology or relevant dermatology experience required Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting Compensation & Benefits Generous base salary plus production incentives $2,000 annual CME allowance + paid professional dues/memberships Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance 7% employer 401(k) contribution (fully vested after eligibility) Additional cash balance retirement plan Medical, dental, vision, disability, and malpractice insurance 6 weeks paid time off per calendar year About Fergus Falls, MN Fergus Falls offers the perfect balance of small-town charm and outdoor recreation, with over 1,100 lakes in Ottertail County, eight golf courses within 30 miles, and miles of scenic biking and hiking trails.
