Our services include GLP-1 and nutrition weight loss programs, HRT/TRT, Dysport, wellness injections, and other metabolic health solutions. We believe in providing personalized care that helps clients achieve sustainable results. Experience in weight loss, primary care, family practice, women's health, HRT/TRT, aesthetics, Dysport, IV therapy, wellness, or related specialties is welcomed, but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply. We are seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to support our Minneapolis-St. Paul metro locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients in a clinic setting and is comfortable supporting multiple centers. While flexibility to work across several locations is preferred, we are open to candidates who can consistently support 3-4 designated metro locations. What You'll Do Provide medical oversight for clients participating in Livea's medically guided weight-loss and wellness programs. Conduct assessments, follow-ups, clinical evaluations, and medication consultations. Guide clients on nutrition, health behaviors, and lifestyle changes aligned with the Livea program. Identify individual client needs and align them with the appropriate medical and nutrition program options. Prescribe weight-management medications as appropriate. Provide supportive, educational one-on-one coaching. Conduct Telehealth visits from home as part of the hybrid schedule. Participate in on-call rotations during regular business hours (no after-hours on-call). Complete timely and accurate chart reviews to ensure documentation compliance. Work collaboratively with team members across several metro centers to ensure continuity of care. Qualifications Active, unrestricted NP license in Minnesota. At least 1 year of NP experience preferred; new graduates welcome . Strong communication skills and a client-centered, supportive approach. Comfortable performing blood draws and basic clinical procedures. Confident prescribing weight-loss medications within scope. Flexible and able to support multiple metro locations (3-4 centers). Position Details Part-time schedule:

approximately 20-30 hours/week . In-clinic patient care across metro locations On-call support during normal business hours only Must be available at least 2-3 days per week , including some early evenings.
