• $124,904 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.

0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications Required:

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Prior experience as NP or PA in Family Medicine, Walk-In Clinic, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care Department Information Located in a growing community hub, Sauk Crossing reflects CentraCare's continued investment in expanding access to high-quality care close to home.
