Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our established Urgent Care and Primary Care clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated provider who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic clinical setting.
Position Overview:
The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and managing both acute and chronic health conditions. The provider will work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions Provide urgent care services as needed Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system
Qualifications:
Current and active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification Active state licensure Board certification required Previous experience in urgent care and/or primary care preferred Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay:
$53,000.00 - $78,000.00 per hour
