• Broad case mix: general, ortho, neuro, thoracic, vascular, peds
• OB support as needed (rare epidurals)
• CRNAs do not perform peripheral blocks
• Collaborative OR environment with physician oversight
• Requirements
• NBCRNA certified
• Active Missouri license required
• Active CSR and DEA required
• ACLS required
• Must provide full submission details (phone, email, DOB, address, license info)
• Provider must live 90+ miles from facility
• Credentialing timeframe: ~90 days
