With a network of 40+ urgent care clinics across multiple states, we're seeking motivated Family Nurse Practitioners who thrive in independent practice and want to grow alongside a rapidly expanding organization. If you're ready to provide high-quality care and build your career as our network grows, we'd love to hear from you. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting to urgent care
- Perform common procedures such as laceration repair, abscess drainage, splinting, and wound care
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe appropriate medications and provide patient education
- Document encounters accurately in the EMR
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient operations and patient satisfaction Schedule and Work Life Balance This Full-time role requires 3 shifts per week to meet clinic needs.
Compensation and Benefits Compensation:
Hourly pay range $ 55 to $70 with additional productivity incentives available for providers based on patient volume and quality.Malpractice:
The Company pays for malpractice insurance for all PRN providers.Optional Benefits:

Work when you want, choose from available shifts without committing to a full-time schedule. Qualifications- Licensed FNP-C in Missouri
- Active DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications
- 1+ year of urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience preferred
- DOT certification a plus
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient service skills
