We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to work within a trauma-informed Behavioral Health Urgent Care setting on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) day shift schedule for the Provider would be a 4|10 schedule Monday-Thursday schedule. The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide medical care to psychiatric patients that suffer from acute mental illness and co-occurring disorders. The Provider will work with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and have excellent collaborative support within an interdisciplinary team but must be able to function at a high level with minimal supervision. The Provider will see approximately 18-22 patients per day. This position offers very competitive compensation package $105,000

• 115,000+ Depending Upon Experience, full benefits package including Medical, Dental, 401K with Matching Contribution, Signing Bonus and Full relocation package.

The opportunity is also affiliated with a loan repayment eligible site (FQHC) that qualifies for loan repayment through the National Health Service Corp which if awarded would provide $25,000 paid directly to the Providers government sponsored student loans. Minimum of a 2 year commitment is required in exchange for $50,000 (non-taxable). This would require the FNP to fill out a separate application and is not affiliated with the hospital.
