Clinic Hours:

Monday-Friday 8am-4:30PM Full-time position - 40hrs/week Treating adult patients Managing Acute and Chronic conditions System-wide Epic EMR Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vacation, 401K and CME Relocation assistance and Malpractice insurance
