Clinical Autonomy in Senior Behavioral Health We are seeking a versatile
PMHNP-BC
to join a practice that redefines psychiatric care for residents in Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, and Residential Care settings and Memory Care This isn't a "one size fits all" position—you have the flexibility to blend In-facility clinical rounds. You will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to a diverse adult and geriatric population, with the autonomy to implement specialized care plans that improve quality of life. Clinical Scope & Specialties Comprehensive Management:
Provide expert diagnosis and medication management for residents with dementia, mood disorders, and chronic mental illness.
Collaborative Care:
Act as a key consultant for facility staff, focusing on non-pharmacological interventions and Gradual Dose Reduction (GDR) strategies.
Qualifications Licensure:
Active/unrestricted RN and APRN license in Missouri.
Certification:
Board Certified
PMHNP-BC/C. DEA
Active registration with the ability to prescribe for OUD.
Payer Ready:

$120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
