Why You'll Love This Role Monday-Friday schedule, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM No nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities Manageable patient volume with time to build patient relationships Collaborative, team-oriented clinic environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee health and wellness What You'll Do Provide primary and urgent care services to employees and their eligible dependents Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions Perform physical examinations and preventive health screenings Order, interpret, and review laboratory and diagnostic testing Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans Perform basic in-office procedures, including suturing and incision and drainage (I&D) Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and workers' compensation cases Conduct DOT physicals Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation Provide leadership and support to clinic staff while fostering a positive patient experience Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Mississippi Family Practice experience required Primary Care and/or Urgent Care experience strongly preferred Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience Current BLS certification DOT Medical Examiner certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills Passion for patient-centered care and wellness Benefits Medical insurance (employee coverage paid by employer) Dental and Vision insurance Life insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 10 Paid Holidays Continuing education support
