Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary Crafted Aesthetics is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This role is centered around women's health, hormone optimization, and medical weight loss, within a modern, patient-focused aesthetic and wellness environment. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, including detailed health histories, lab reviews, and goal-oriented assessments Develop and manage individualized treatment plans focused on hormone therapy, weight loss, and overall wellness Prescribe and monitor therapies including HRT, peptide protocols, and medical weight loss treatments Provide patient education on lifestyle optimization, nutrition, and long-term wellness strategies Perform aesthetic and wellness treatments (as applicable to training and scope) Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within EMR systems Collaborate with the Crafted team to ensure a seamless, elevated patient experience Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities offered through Crafted What We're Looking For Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Montana Experience or strong interest in women's health, hormone therapy, and/or medical weight loss A patient-centered approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based structure Interest in aesthetics and wellness (experience is a plus, but not required) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Why Crafted Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Commission-based earning potential with opportunity for growth Access to continuing education and advanced training A supportive, team-oriented environment that values both clinical excellence and creativity Opportunity to grow within a modern, expanding wellness and aesthetics brand If you're passionate about helping women feel their best through personalized, results-driven care—and want to be part of a forward-thinking practice—we'd love to connect.
