Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pmCompensation:
$110,000 - $130,500 based on experience and credentials NHSC Loan Repayment Program eligibility for qualifying providers, with up to $75,000 available for eligible full-time primary care providers! What You'll Do As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide primary and preventive healthcare services in a clinic-based setting. You will work independently while also collaborating closely with physicians, providers, nursing, behavioral health, dental, care management, and other team members to support patient-centered outcomes.Key responsibilities include:
Provide primary and preventive care for patients. Perform exams, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions. Prescribe medications and treatment regimens within scope of practice. Order, review, and follow up on labs, imaging, EKGs, and other diagnostic testing. Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, prevention, and wellness. Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record. Perform routine in-office procedures within training, competency, and scope. Recognize and triage urgent or emergent medical concerns. Collaborate with the care team to support whole-person, coordinated care. Participate in quality improvement and Patient-Centered Medical Home initiatives. Assist with off-hours coverage as needed to support continuity of care. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is clinically skilled, dependable, and committed to compassionate patient care.The ideal candidate will bring:
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills. Knowledge of acute and chronic disease management. Confidence using electronic medical records and clinical software. Excellent communication and documentation skills. A collaborative, team-focused approach. Professionalism, sound judgment, and respect for confidentiality. A genuine commitment to serving patients and improving access to care. Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Current Montana Nurse Practitioner license. Full prescriptive authority. Current DEA registration. Board certified or board eligible. Valid Montana driver's license. Preferred Qualifications One year of clinical experience preferred.
