Apex & Pittsboro, NC About Us Radiance Rx is a growing aesthetic practice dedicated to delivering natural-looking results and exceptional patient care. We combine advanced techniques with a personalized approach under the guidance of a board-certified plastic surgeon. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and licensed Aesthetic Injector to join our team. This role begins part-time (20-30 hours/week) with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and passionate about aesthetics and patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform injectable treatments (neuromodulators and dermal fillers) and laser procedures in accordance with established protocols Conduct thorough patient consultations and assessments Develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals Educate patients on procedures, aftercare, expected results, and potential side effects Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant medical records Schedule and conduct follow-ups to monitor patient outcomes Collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure high-quality care Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine Qualifications 1-2+ years of experience in aesthetic injectables required Active and unrestricted license as RN, PA, or Nurse Practitioner Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and safe injection techniques Experience with laser treatments preferred (or willingness to train) Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation Commitment to patient safety, satisfaction, and natural results Understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable regulations What We're Looking For Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Empathy and professionalism with patients and colleagues Compensation & Growth Competitive pay based on experience and credentials Opportunity for growth into a full-time role Ongoing training and development in advanced aesthetic proceduresBenefits:
