Our patients include elderly individuals with complex needs, veterans and active-duty families from Fort Bragg, people managing chronic conditions, and underserved populations who have too often been failed by the broader healthcare system. We are seeking a full-time NP or PA for a long-term role not a placeholder, not a stepping stone.

PRACTICE ENVIRONMENT
Our model is built around approximately 25 patients per day with 15-minute appointments supported by a full clinical team handling rooming, documentation assist, and coordination. This is a structured, supported pace designed to be sustainable over a career.
  • 6,000 active patients continuity-focused
  • On-site diagnostics: X-ray, ultrasound, EKG
  • Physicians available daily for consultation and collaboration
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Active NC licensure Primary care experience preferred Strong clinical judgment EMR comfort
Preferred:
Mission-driven Experience with elderly, underserved, or veteran populations Team-oriented
COMPENSATION
  • Base:
    $95,000 $118,000
  • Productivity + quality incentives
  • Sign-on bonus: negotiable
  • CME:
    $1,500/year Health/dental/vision 2 weeks PTO
