This is a full-time, outpatient opportunity offering a supportive, team-based environment and strong mentorship.
Job Function:
Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care for patients ages 0-18 Manage a mix of sick visits, well-child exams, and follow-up care Deliver preventive, acute, and chronic care services Maintain an average patient volume of ~18 patients per day Participate in a rotating weekly phone-only call schedule (no inpatient responsibilities) Collaborate with experienced clinical staff across both clinic locations
Job Requirements:
Board-Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) Eligible for North Carolina licensure Pediatric or relevant outpatient experience preferred Strong commitment to community-based, relationship-driven care Comfortable managing a steady outpatient patient volume
