POSITION OVERVIEW
Outpatient primary care practice serving adult patients ages 17 and older Average patient population age range of 45-50 years old See approximately 20-25 patients per day Provide comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, and preventative services Administrative work may be completed remotely from home Opportunity to utilize procedural skills including joint injections, minor procedures, and urgent care techniques Established and financially stable primary care organization
SCHEDULE
Four-Day Work Week Maximum 35 Patient-Facing Hours Weekly Minimum 5
Administrative Hours Weekly Monday & Friday:
8:00 AM
  • 5:00
PM Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday:
8:00 AM
  • 6:30 PM One Full Saturday Per Month (8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM) Potential for Two Additional Short Saturdays Per Month (8:00 AM
  • 2:00 PM) On-Call Rotation Approximately Every 12 Weeks Phone Calls Only for Urgent Clinical Issues
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Estimated Total Annual Compensation:
$110,000
  • $130,000
Annual Profit Sharing:
$15,000

Requirements:
Active North Carolina Physician Assistant License
REQUIRED
Fluent Spanish
REQUIRED
Minimum 1 Year of Physician Assistant Experience
REQUIRED
Preferred:
Adult primary care experience Joint injection experience Toenail removal experience Minor surgery experience Urgent care procedure experience Incision and drainage experience
