The Role:
Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) We're growing and looking for an experienced, compassionate NP or PA-C who's excited about hormone replacement therapy (HRT), wellness, and functional medicine. In this role, you'll work one-on-one with patients to create personalized treatment plans, track progress, and empower them with education that supports long-term health. What You'll Be Doing Perform comprehensive health assessments and design individualized hormone and wellness plans Order and interpret labs related to hormone health, metabolism, and overall wellness Prescribe and manage bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), peptides, and nutritional support Educate patients on lifestyle changes, nutrition, and preventative care Collaborate closely with our clinical team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date medical documentation What We're Looking For Active, unrestricted NP or PA-C license in North Carolina DEA license (or eligibility) 1-2+ years of clinical experience (endocrinology, wellness, or functional medicine experience is a plus but not required) Strong communication and relationship-building skills A genuine passion for preventive medicine and patient education Why You'll Love It Here Supportive, collaborative, and drama-free work environment Training provided in advanced hormone and wellness protocols Opportunity to grow with a patient-first, forward-thinking practice Competitive compensation and benefits The chance to truly make a difference in patients' lives, every single day
