Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Nurse (RN/NP) to join our innovative healthcare team. In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care focused on hormone therapy management, guiding patients through personalized treatment plans to improve their quality of life. Your expertise will help patients navigate hormonal imbalances, menopause, and other related health concerns with confidence and compassion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' well-being while working in a dynamic, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations, to determine suitability for hormone replacement therapy. Develop and implement individualized HRT treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients on hormone therapy options, potential benefits, risks, and expected outcomes to promote informed decision-making. Administer injections, including hormone formulations and treatments, following aseptic techniques and safety protocols. Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize results. Maintain accurate medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including endocrinologists, gynecologists, and primary care providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Requirements Valid RN or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with current state licensure. Proven experience in hormone replacement therapy or related fields such as endocrinology or gynecology. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to hormonal health. Experience administering injections, IV infusions, and performing physical examinations with aseptic technique. Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to educate and support patients through their treatment journey.
