Job Title:
Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner Location:
Oxford, NC Setting:
Outpatient Urgent Care center
Shifts:
Mon - Fri with rotating weekends
Urgent Care NP Responsibilities:
Providing care to patients with Urgent needs Educating patients and their families about their condition and what they should expect from the treatment plan Performing examinations and diagnostic tests to assess the patient's condition Communicating with physicians to determine the best care plan for every patient
Qualifications:
State-mandated nursing license(s) Bachelor's degree in nursing with a focus in Urgent care Previous nursing experience preferred Availability to work odd hours Knowledge of Urgent conditions and treatments Ability to perform diagnostic tests and administer medication
