Job Description

Overview:
Carolina Rehabilitation & Surgical Associates, a leading multi-location rehabilitation practice based out of Raleigh, NC, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team of 21 APP's. As part of our dynamic practice, you will work alongside nine experienced Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physicians and twenty advanced practice providers.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive patient care in diverse settings, including acute inpatient rehabilitation, inpatient pain consultation service, outpatient rehabilitation clinic, and outpatient conservative spine care. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Conduct weekend rounds on a rotating basis with physicians. Demonstrate clinical proficiency and adhere to established protocols and standards of care. Continuously engage in professional development and stay updated on best practices in rehabilitation medicine.
Qualifications:
Certified as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or a Family Nurse Practitioner/ Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (FNP/AGNP) Previous clinical experience preferred, but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and upholding ethical standards.
