We invite Pediatric Advanced Practice Clinicians to discover all that we can do when we bring healing hearts, inquisitive minds, and progressive visionaries together in our Virtual Services Group as part of our Children's Primary Care Division . We are seeking three P ediatric Advanced Practice Clinicians to join our Virtual Practice Support and Extended Care multisite practice . Clinicians are expected to live in the greater Charlotte, NC, area , one of the fastest growing areas in the country .

Position Details:

Virtual Practice Support (VPS) : The APP team will be affiliated with multiple "brick and mortar" practices, becoming an extension of those clinicians. Providing inbox coverage for clinicians who are out of office, managing refill requests, performing virtual visits and eVisits , and taking care of chronic conditions during the day , the APP will "support" their affiliated practice colleagues to truly disconnect when they are not in office, maintaining seamless care to patients and families. This practice is staffed by Advanced Practice Clinicians, supported by the physician team. These APPS may also provide in-office visits as coverage for providers out of the office. after - hours care 7 days a week . The team will therefore be able to have a mix of both virtual /remote and direct patient care. The Extended Care location will be open from 5-8pm M-F and 9 a- 5 p on Sat and Sun.
