  • Part-time, Full-time, PRN Job Summary Carolina West Urgent Care, PLLC is a new practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high quality health care to our community.

We are seeking a motivated, caring, and skilled Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality medical care, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. The Nurse Practitioner/Physician will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering compassionate care to diverse patient populations. Duties Provide comprehensive medical care for patients of all ages. Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations. Perform/interpret diagnostic evaluations and procedures. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in critical care settings. Provide education and health coaching to patients regarding their conditions and treatment options. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations using EMR/EHR system. Requirements Licensed Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in the state of North Carolina, with relevant board certification. Current DEA licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Prior experience in primary care, urgent care , or family medicine preferred (but not required) Excellent communication skills, strong clinical and organizational skills
