Position Overview We're seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide outpatient medication management and support for a range of clients, from pediatric to adult. This position also offers the opportunity to train and deliver Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Therapy, a cutting-edge treatment for depression and related conditions. The ideal candidate is warm, collaborative, and passionate about delivering high-quality care within a supportive multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of psychiatric conditions Provide medication management and coordination of care Collaborate closely with psychotherapists and other clinical providers Communicate with referral sources and families to ensure continuity of care Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities Adhere to ethical standards and uphold the practice's values of integrity, respect, and excellence What You Bring Nurse Practitioner Certification (Psychiatric-Mental Health, PMHNP-BC required) Active NC license and prescriptive authority; valid DEA 2+ years of independent outpatient psychiatric experience preferred Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills Comfort with telehealth and electronic documentation Interest in or experience with TMS Therapy a plus Why Join Us Supportive, inclusive environment focused on professional growth Flexible schedule with daytime hours (no nights or weekends) Opportunities for TMS training and specialized clinical development Collaborative team culture Dedicated administrative and billing support so you can focus on patient care
Pay:
$30,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
