Job Description

Altru Health System is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Cardiothoracic Surgery locum tenens assignment due to provider leave coverage.
Assignment Details Start Date:
As soon as available
Duration:
Through July 2026
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:30
PM Setting:
Clinic & Hospital Responsibilities Rounding on inpatient cardiothoracic surgery patients Seeing clinic patients Average clinic volume: 10-14 patients per day Compensation $150/hour Rate is open to negotiation for the right candidate Support Staff You'll be working alongside a collaborative and experienced team including: 2 Cardiothoracic Surgeons 2 APPs (one currently on leave) RN support LPN support Provider Requirements Facility will accept NP or PA Previous Cardiothoracic Surgery experience is required Interested in a long-term CT surgery locum opportunity with a supportive team and consistent schedule?
