The Opportunity We are seeking a skilled and motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing practice. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborative care to a diverse patient population in an outpatient clinic setting. Responsibilities

• Provide face to face and telehealth psychiatric care for ND residents and clientele
• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including psychopharmacology
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with therapists, counselors, and other care team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system
• Participate in care coordination and follow-up for complex cases Qualifications
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with PMHNP specialty
• Current

PMHNP-BC

certification (ANCC)

• Active or eligible for North Dakota APRN licensure
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric care preferred; new graduates with clinical passion encouraged to apply Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary plus performance-based commission structure: Expected pay range $90,000-122000+
• Performance-based commission structure allows for scheduling flexibility and additional earning potential
