COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base Salary:

$130,000•135,000 annually

Weekend Differential:

Additional $8,000•10,000 annually once on full schedule

Production Bonus:

$5•8 per treatment

Benefits:

Total Compensation Value:

Approximately $158,000•170,000 annually

SCHEDULE

This is a full-time W-2 position designed to provide stability, consistency, and long-term growth. During the initial ramp-up period, providers receive full compensation despite working a reduced Friday/Saturday schedule while building patient volume and completing training.
